A Haven for Young Hearts: The Story of Maahad Tahfiz Ad Dawwamah Founded in 2014 on family land in Kuala Kangsar, Perak, Malaysia. Maahad Tahfiz Ad Dawwamah began its journey with a mission to provide quality Islamic education to underprivileged children. Utilizing existing buildings as a surau (prayer room), classrooms, and a hostel, the tahfiz opened its doors with just 2 students. Through dedication and word-of-mouth, enrollment steadily grew, reaching a maximum of 40 students, with some even hailing from Sabah and Sarawak. In 2015, Maahad Tahfiz Ad Dawwamah achieved official recognition by successfully registering with the Jabatan Agama Perak. This milestone solidified its commitment to providing a structured and accredited Islamic education. The tahfiz primarily caters to children from poor and needy families, offering them an opportunity they might not otherwise have.
